We select from 25 pre-defined projects, share tasks and responsibilities, and manage the process with the Projects tool.

Once all onboarding tasks are completed, we report back with an onboarding recap and make next steps recommendations.

Together, we'll create a HubSpot onboarding plan based on:

  • Your highest priority goals with HubSpot
  • The size & complexity of your organization
  • The HubSpot subscriptions you purchased
  • Your current technology stack and how it integrates with HubSpot

When you complete onboarding, you’ll be confident in leveraging HubSpot to reach your goals.

Note: If you've been on HubSpot for a while and want to make even greater use of it, both pre-defined Projects and custom projects are great ways to accomplish that.
